My name is Dr. Erika Miley. I’m a licensed mental health counselor and sex therapist.

I am dedicated to cutting-edge education and insights tailored for therapists about women. With my background as a seasoned sex therapist, researcher, and expert in ADHD and sex, I strive to explore the intersections of neurodiversity and sexual health.

My experience addresses the unique needs of neurodiverse and neurotypical she/hers/them/theys. Driven by a passion for uncovering what truly works for our bodies and brains, my mission is to empower everyone with the knowledge and tools to navigate the world confidently and effectively.

My name is Dr. Bethany Suppes. I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist and published academic author.

My background in compassion-based therapy really fits with what we’re doing at TwoX Labs. I’ve spent years working with individuals and families, and my research on systemic practices helps create the kind of supportive, educational environment we aim to provide.

I’ve been a member of AAMFT since 2012 and WAMFT since 2019, and I currently serve on the WAMFT Board as the chair of the Ethics, Training, and Standards Committee. Through all of this, I’m proud to bring my experience and perspective to our work empowering AFAB neurodiverse and neurotypical individuals.

All trainings are contained in courses in our membership site. Once you sign up and pay your membership fee, you will be sent an email with instructions to finalize creating your account and accessing the material. All podcast episodes and videos are free to the public. Your membership covers access to additional materials, quizzes, and certificates to meet your continuing education requirements.
