    FOUNDER

    Dr. E is the visionary founder of TwoX Labs, a platform dedicated to cutting-edge education and insights tailored for therapists about AFAB individuals. With her background as a seasoned sex therapist, researcher, and expert in ADHD and sex, Dr. E is at the forefront of exploring the intersections of neurodiversity and sexual health. Her extensive experience addresses the unique needs of neurodiverse and neurotypical she/hers/them/theys. Driven by a passion for uncovering what truly works for our bodies and brains, Dr. E's mission is to empower everyone with the knowledge and tools to navigate the world confidently and effectively.

  • Bethany Suppes, PhD LMFT

    Chief of Curriculum Development

    Bethany Suppes, PhD, LMFT, AAMFT-Approved Supervisor, has been practicing therapy since 2013. Operating a private practice in Spokane, Washington, USA, she specializes in compassion-based systemic therapy for families, romantic relationships, and individuals, with a focus on healing from cut-offs and religious trauma. Bethany's research interests include compassion, self-care, religious trauma, and systemic supervision practices. She recently published "Family Systems Theory Simplified," a textbook introducing the core concepts of family systems theory in various therapy models. Currently, she is writing her introductory modality text, "Compassionate Relational Therapy," expected to be released in 2025.

    Bethany's extensive experience and dedication to compassion-based therapy align perfectly with the mission of TwoX Labs. Her expertise in addressing the unique needs of individuals and families, coupled with her research on systemic practices, enhances the educational and supportive environment TwoX Labs strives to provide. As a member of AAMFT since 2012 and WAMFT since 2019, and currently serving on the WAMFT Board as chair of the Ethics, Training, and Standards Committee, Bethany brings invaluable insights and leadership to our mission of empowering AFAB neurodiverse and neurotypical individuals.
